This required an invoice system which would allow them to perform a variety of functions unique to their business environment (car rental) and remove a paperwork process which took too much time to complete.

The system had to:

• store information relative to each customer
• be able to retrieve customer information through a variety of search criteria
• automatically update the date-of-issue for all invoices
• print multiple copies of each invoice
• update customer information
• automatically calculate total costs, including VAT
• automatically check for required customer information before submission

Once the client had given us a specification of their requirements and examples of their invoice paperwork Netdaze got down to producing a software solution, replicating the invoice information (thus offering familiarity to staff users) but incorporating the client's wishlist.
