Hypnotherapy is used to delve deeply into the unconsciousness in order to resolve issues which cause problems in a client's life. There are four levels of hypnosis varying from light to deep hypnotic state. The client is in complete control of a hypnotherapy session and can come out of hypnosis if required. The hypnotherapist acts as a guide to process information in order to allow the client to resolve issues. At least the client is put into a deep state of relaxation which is extremely helpful in reducing stress.
